- Orders will be shipped within 3–14 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders.
Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

7.Shipping Guidelines
- Free Standard Shipping
Your items will be delivered by courier (such as UPS or FedEx) to your front door, with a signature required. These items may require self-assembly.
Once your order ships, we will notify you by email. Please monitor your email and tracking updates to ensure you receive your delivery. - Free Threshold Delivery
If you select threshold delivery, your items will remain in their original packaging and be placed on the ground floor of your home, entryway, or first dry area (such as a garage, front porch, or lobby).
For apartment buildings, items will be placed at your unit door, building lobby, or property office.
Someone 18 years or older must be present to sign, confirming the items have been received, inspected, and are in good condition. Please note: This service does not include assembly, installation, or packaging removal.
You are responsible for moving the furniture from the drop-off area into your home, as well as for assembly, placement, unpacking, and disposal of all packaging materials.
Any damage incurred while moving or assembling the furniture will be your responsibility.

Customization Process
- Initial Consultation: Clients are required to provide detailed product images and precise dimensional data to facilitate the processing of their customization requests.
- Quotation & Lead Time: Our team will prepare a comprehensive quotation detailing the customization costs and the estimated delivery date.
- Payment: Clients may make payments via secure methods such as credit card or bank transfer. To formally initiate the customization process, a 50% deposit is required upfront; the remaining balance must be settled prior to the shipment of the order.
- Design Confirmation: Our professional designers will create detailed design drawings for the custom product based on the specifications provided by the client. These drawings will then be submitted to the client for careful review and confirmation.
- Production Commencement: Once the client approves the design drawings and raises no objections, we will formally commence the production of the custom product. Our team will meticulously craft each item to ensure it fully complies with the established requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Upon completion of production, we will conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure that both the quality and functionality of the custom product meet our standards. We will capture relevant videos and photographs to send to the client for confirmation that the product meets their expectations.
- Final Delivery: Once the client confirms their satisfaction with the custom product, we will proceed to arrange the shipment of the order. The finished product will be securely packaged and shipped to the delivery address designated by the client.
Order Change/Cancellation Policy
- For all custom lighting orders, requests for changes or cancellations can only be accepted during the "Design Drawing Confirmation Stage"—specifically, before production has officially commenced. Once production has formally begun, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Dimensional Notes
- All dimensional data is accurate to the nearest 1/4 inch. Please note that, as all products are entirely handcrafted—including hand-finishing and assembly—slight variations in actual measurements may occur.
