Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Custom-manufactured products (including custom sizes, finishes, or colors)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue and packaging condition

Once verified:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost, and
  • Offer a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping fees

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request:

  • Email us at support@cozzhome.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  • Retain your tracking number until the process is completed
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Restocking Fee

No restocking fee will be charged for any approved returns.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once completed.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit/debit card, etc.).
  • It may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Note: Refunds will not be issued if we do not receive the returned product, or if it is refused upon delivery and destroyed by the shipping carrier.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

  • Complete a return for the original item (if eligible)
  • Place a new order for the desired item

8. Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us before shipment; we will cancel the order and process a refund for you.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
